EPSU is involved in an international project (WISUTIL) looking at pay in the energy, waste and water sectors.
The data from the project will be useful to affiliates in terms of comparing pay at national level (between companies, for example) and internationally between countries and within multinational companies. The project relies on individual workers to provide information on their pay and conditions in an online survey. An explanation of the project that can be used by local affiliates is now available on the EPSU website in 18 languages. (advice EPSU www.epsu.org)
