Utility-owned water operator PD PAM Jaya will acquire private water operator PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (Palyja), stepping in for city-owned property developers PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) and PT Pembangunan Jaya who were previously slated to carry out the acquisition.
