The PSI Philippines affiliate Maynilad Water Supervisors Association (MWSA) conducted its annual Basic Unionism & Leadership Seminar for new members at the Veniz Hotel, Baguio City on Jan. 23, 2015. As the participants were oriented about PSI & its advocacy campaign programs & policies, they also signed the resolution urging the Philippine government to ratify ILO C. 151
