Fukuoka, Japan is the host city of the 13th APRECON 2016, and very close to Kumamoto an area were very hard hit by the earthquake, All Japan Prefectural and Municipal Workers Union (JICHIRO) members have been on the forefront of the work on restoration of earthquake hit area. In the lead up at the APRECON, we hope to be in this community as union members helping up with the recovery.
