USA - Unions AFL - CIO issue clear advice on the upcoming USA Presidential Elections - What will this man for Unions in Asia Pacific is the next question ?

AFL-CIO

Famous poet Maya Angelou said, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” Donald Trump repeatedly continues to show us his true colors, yet there are some who still think he’s qualified to be our next president.
Working people have a lot of work to do leading up to November if we’re going to make sure that we elect Hillary Clinton, a candidate who has and will continue to put working families first.
Donald Trump already has said that he supports “right to work” laws and other bills that are designed to take away our right to organize for a better workplace. Hillary Clinton supports working people being able to organize because she knows that when people stand together and fight for a better life, we all win.
Donald Trump also has made disparaging remarks about women, Muslims, immigrants, people with disabilities and veterans. Divisive remarks and vitriol are the last things working people need or want from a presidential candidate. Hillary Clinton has a long record of fighting for human rights and rights for women and working families.
The choice is clear. Unless we want to see more jobs outsourced, more obstacles to supporting our families and even more attacks on our rights, we cannot elect Donald Trump as president.
In Solidarity,
Rich
