BYPL and BRPL

It has been decided by the Management of BYPL and BRPL, in consultation with the Union that bonus / ex-gratia of Rs 3500/- apart from an ex-gratia of Rs. 28500/-(sum total in either event Rs. 32000/- or proportionate) would be paid to each eligible employee (employees on company's pay-roll) of BYPL/BRPL.
As a gesture of goodwill, to keep the motivational level of all the employees high, a “Special Payout” of Rs. 10000/- is being made separately.
The components taken together come to Rs. 42000/- (ex-gratia / bonus Rs.3500 /- + ex- gratia Rs. 28500/- + “Special Payout” of Rs.10000/-).
Actual disbursement shall be made along with October 2013 salary and shall be subject to the usual terms and conditions.
Further, to recognize and reward employees for long continuous and satisfactory service rendered by them, a "Long Service Award Scheme" has also been announced for which Rs.5,000/- will be awarded to an employee who has completed 5 years of continuous job.
