A proposed trans-Pacific trade agreement must
focus on decent, secure jobs and protect workers' rights, say unions as the
latest round of negotiations begin in Melbourne. ACTU President Ged Kearney this evening told
a public forum on the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement that unions are
calling for the agreement, which is being negotiated between nine countries and
is expected to expand across the region, to be based on the principles of fair
