Recently I meet with a Chinese Union Delegation from Xi’an Federation of Unions , when they visited Sydney. The delegation was made up of Mr. Xu Yishuang
- - Vice Chairman of Xi’an Federation Unions, Mr.Wang Huqian - director of the Office of Xi’an Federation Unions : Mr. Feng Zengquan Minister of Political department of Xi’an Federation Unions ; Mr.Chen Xi Minister of Security departmental of Xi’an Federation Unions Mr. Pan Qunnian Xi’an Federation Unions and Mr Gou Linyuan director of Tumen Palace of Culture of Xi’an Federation Unions - issue i rose and discussed with the Delegation included the role of the Australian Union Movement, History of the Australian union movement including the role undertaken by the ASU for over 130 years in representing Union members, the operation of the Australian Industrial legislation , an number of recent disputes that have made international , the United Nations International Labour Organisational and the role global trade is having on domestic and International Industrial Relations.
