This article is short sharp and well put together and well worth a read - Greg Mclean . - My comment - This was part of the roll out of privatisation - it might make some companies think carefully in the future and maybe, just maybe govts realising that privatisaton does not provide the answers, if a competition watch dog says its no good .. maybe govt need to rethink and just leave it in the hands of the public sector ?
