UK Government Hospital handed back by private sector who could not

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-cambridgeshire-32147907  "This was a showcase piece of privatisation of an NHS hospital in England. Under the guise of a social enterprise it was placed into the hands of a  company Circle health care. When they couldn't make money from the contract it was taken back under NHS management. Which kind of proves the point on risk never fully transferring. If it goes wrong the state will always have to step in."
