Indonesian Court - review of Electricity Laws -

At the Indonesia Constitutional Court (MK) to support the judicial review of the Electricity Law No 30/2009. The law mandates for privatisation and “unbundling” of the state-owned electricity, PLN, and imposes competitive nature upon the electricity national market. The judicial review is submitted by Mr Daryoko Ahmad,former president of the PLN Union and supported by all PSI affiliated in Indonesia in Electricity Sector.
