Lahore on 4th November, 2015 as well as against the announcement of the Privatization Commission of Pakistan to privatize the most Profitable Faisalabad Distribution Company on the behest of l.M.F.

The working class all over the country observed "PROTEST DAY" all over the country over the tragic deaths and serious injuries killing 20 workers which might result the death toll because 250 factory workers including children and women were trapped under the debries in Poly Thene Bags manufactured Rajput Industry. 4 Stories Factory collapsed in Sunder Industrial Estate. The majority of the workers were believed to be children aged 10 to 16 years because the Industrial Workers killed and injured by breaking the roof of the Industrial Factory in Sunder Industrial Area Lahore on 4th November, 2015 
Privatization Commission of Pakistan to privatize the most Profitable Faisalabad Distribution Company on the behest of l.M.F. on 5thm November, 2015 under the aegis of ALL PAKISTAN WORKERS CONFEDERATION with the co-operation of the PAKISTAN WAPDA HYDRO ELECTRIC WORKERS UNION C.B.A, Railway Workers Union, Pakistan P.T.C.L Employees Unon, National Bank of Pakistan Employees Union, Bata Mazdoor Union, Pakistan Textile Workers Federation, All Pakistan Workers Federation and other Trade Unions. The Protest Rallies and Marches in support of the above demands were held at Peshawar, Mardan, Sawat, Islamabad, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Mianwali, Rahim Yar Khan, Behawalpur, Sukkur, Larkana, Hyderabad, Quetta and other cities.


At Lahore, thousands of workers belonging the various Trade Union held a mass Rally before Lahore Press Club which was addressed by Veteran Trade Union Leader Khurhid Ahmed, General Secretary alongwith IA Rehman Secretary Genral Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and Abid Hassan Minto renowned Jurist and President Awami Workers Party alongwith Ch. Muhammad Anwar, Rubn Jamil, Akbar Ali Khan , Rana Shakoor, Muzaffar Mateen, Ch. Maqsood Ahmed, Rana Akram, Haji Muhammad Younus and others Thereafter, the workers took out Protest March and held Protest Rally before Chief Minister House and presented a Memorandum to the Chief Minister of Punjab urging him to establish a Judicial Commission to hold an Independent Enquiry and bring the accused to book and sanction R. 2.5 Millions to the dependents of the martyred workers and one Million to the injured workers and ensure safe working conditions to the workers in conformity with I.L.O. Convention No. 155 on Safety of Workers at work place and convey to the Prime Minister of Pakistan not to privatize the most profitable Electricity Distribution Companies and other DISCOs to the capitalist on the behest of l.M.F. since Elecy, Education, Health and Railway is basic need of the citizens, therefore, it is STATE Obligations to provide them since the experience of the

Privatization of Karachi Electric Supply Company and Multan and Rawalpindi Private Electricity Companies had already failed completely and the proposed Privatization would also give rise Inter Provincial Dispute alike Water Distribution. It was demanded that the Government should develop Hydel Power Stations alike Tarbela, Mangla and Gazi Brotha Power Stations etc providing Electricity 2.50 per elecy. unit in comparison with the cost of Private Thermal Power Houses Rs. 251- to 30/-per elecy. unit in order to overcome load shedding and provide cheaper Elecy. to the Industries, Agriculture, Commerce and Citizens on War Footing Basis and introduce Administrative Reforms in all Public Utilities to raise Productivity instead of the Privatization and was pointed out that the experience of Private Business Train had already miserably failed owing Rs. 2.25 Billions to the Railway by Private Contractors

By another resolution, it was demanded to the Government to get recovered billions of Dollars deposited by the some Feudal Lords and Crony Capitalists and Politicians as announced by the Federal Finance Minister and introduce far reaching Economic and Social and Agrarian Reforms in the country to alleviate abject poverty ad aggravating unemployment and irrational gap between the rich and poor in the society. 

it was declared that the workers would continue their Protest next weak in support of their just demands were not accepted.
