Urban resilience highlights at COP21 in the Cities & Regions Pavilion - TAP2015 Climate Generations Area (Green Zone, open access) COP21, Paris-Le Bourget December 5th (Action Day), 16:00 – 17:30:  Global Tools and Strategies for Building Resilience - A training and information sharing session for cities and local governments on resilience building tools and strategies. Organized by the Medellín Collaboration for Urban Resilience December 8th (Cities Day), 16:30 – 17:30: Launch of the Cities Alliance Joint Work Program on Resilient Cities: Accelerating local action for inclusive, resilient cities. The session will also launch a new online platform for resilience tools and a Local Governments’ Pocket Guide to Resilience. Organized by Cities Alliance, in partnership with the Medellín Collaboration on Urban Resilience. The official UNFCCC website contains information on relevant events, such as the “Lima-Paris Action Agenda (LPAA) Resilience Day”on December 2nd.
