PGEA, PSLINK, PIPSEA and NECU gathered at Quezon City on 27-29 January
2016 for the Module Development on Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management in order to increase the capacity of union trainers! This
activity is under the PSI Haiyan Solidarity Project Phase IIPSI
