http://www.oecd.org/economy/global-economy-urgently-needs-a-stronger-and-more-coherent-policy-response-to-promote-robust-and-inclusive-growth.htm

The OECD article published on 26th Feb '16 , is a call to arms for countries and the global economy to "Policymakers need to deploy broad-based reform plans that incorporate monetary, fiscal, and structural policies to stimulate persistently weak demand, re-launch productivity growth, create jobs and build a more inclusive global economy, according to the OECD’s annual Going for Growth report."

The Article is well worth reading and should be seen as an opportunity to push the roll out of public sector infrastructure , operated by Government including Local Government , Water Services and new Electricity Services , taking note of the need to change delivery of services to create , higher skills for workers, more jobs, meeting the climate change  challenges and incensing the overall standard of living.

The OECD article leaves the door open on how Government should move on inclusive growth but for us it must mean public services and community growth and real economic activity not privatization , which really has back ward affect .
