The Dutch government could play an important part in this” That's the word from SOMO , research in the latest advice on a joint view by " Stichting Onderzoek Multinationale Ondernemingen (SOMO) and the Transnational Institute (TNI)" on the proposed new sea wall being looked at for Jakarta.
The report has been prepared in anticipation of a plan to build a new sea wall to protect Jakarta , as the city is sinking.
