The USU Branch of PSI Australian Affiliate the ASU has held a joint meeting with Anhui Federation of Trade Unions which included the Hefei Municipal Council Union of China.
As part of their Unions bridge building discussion with Chinese Local Government Unions
The meeting between these Unions was a preclude to a further meeting with a 50 strong Sydney Local Government Delegates of the USU....who have resolved to have ongoing dialogue including around key areas of workers health and safety , employment , pension funds, trade agreements and understanding each others industrial Relations systems.
