be avoided by privatisation.

tool to Union Colleagues and those in society promoting anti privatisation
arguments …as use of this report along with many of the arguments and issues raised
can or could be adopted by Governments to strengthen anti privatisation
arguments in State Owned Enterprises, (including state owned electricity and
other utility services corporations)
