An eye on UNESCO
Last May, UNESCO convened the World Education Forum of 2015 in Incheon, Korea to develop a global consensus on how best to achieve  “inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning for all” by 2030.

ESCW  Coordinating Committee
Following the founding meeting of the ESCW Network in Buenos Aires in November 2014, the first ESCW Network Coordinating Committee meeting was held in Geneva on 29 May 2015.

World Bank Group and education
It is essential that the ESCW Network play an active role in engaging the World Bank on educational issues and ensuring that its new gender strategy reflects an understanding of the evident relationships between gender and precarious work in education.

ESCW Charter
At its founding meeting held in Buenos Aires, Argentina in November 2014, the ESCW Network adopted a Charter that outlines the Network's structure and objectives.

PSI resolution Education support workers
The 29th World Congress of Public Services International, held in Durban, South Africa, on 27-30 November 2012, adopted PSI's first resolution on education support workers.
