'Indonesia Electricity workers unions fight against privatisation through Judicial Review. It is now the 5th Judicial Review session today called on two academic expert witnesses. Syariffuddin Mahmudsyah from Institute  Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) emphasised the importance of the electricity must be controlled /managed by the state / government, and that the integrated services starting from the generator, transmitter distribution, up to the retail.  Meanwhile,  the expert witness from Airlangga University, DR Hadi Subhan, emphasised that the operational activities  and the maintenance  of electrical  power installation  are not included under supporting activities, therefore they may not be outsourced. The next session is scheduled on November 25th, 2015.'
