It has been a year since the Constitutional Court ruled some of the proposed points for Judicial Review of Law No 30/2009 on Electricity, but there have not been any steps taken by the government as the implementation of court ruling. This can be seen from the composition of 35000MW project which still prioritise the private. In order to ensure that the government will implement the Constitutional Court ruled OK no on Judicial Review of the Law.
Through this workshop the unions will produce a recommendation for the implementation of Constitutional Court ruling in Judicial Review and to create new strategies for the unions plan of action.
